By accessing or using drawnfrom.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Site is operated by Drawn From Publishing, an imprint of Imaginarii. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site, register an account, subscribe to the newsletter, or make a purchase. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Site or make any purchase. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any purchased digital content.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to view.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the Site in bulk.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Site's operation.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any other person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at drawnfrom@imagi-narii.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When you purchase a digital comic (PDF), soundtrack, or other digital asset, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit purchased files.

All sales of digital goods are final. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased file, contact us at drawnfrom@imagi-narii.com and we will make it right.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.

By subscribing to our newsletter you consent to receive periodic email dispatches from Imaginarii Publishing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the one-click unsubscribe link in the footer of any newsletter, or by emailing us. Unsubscribe requests take effect immediately. We do not require an account to subscribe and we will not share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

Each newsletter contains a small (1×1 pixel) tracking image and converts outbound links through our server, allowing us to count opens and clicks in aggregate. Open and click data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you would prefer not to be counted, most modern email clients let you disable remote image loading; you can also unsubscribe.

All content on the Site — including comic pages, artwork, scripts, soundtracks, logos, and the Drawn From Publishing and Imaginarii brands — is owned by Imaginarii (or its licensors) and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property beyond the personal-use license described above.

The King James Version (KJV) text of the Bible quoted within "Drawn from Scripture" is in the public domain.

If you send us feedback, fan art, review-copy responses, giveaway entries, or other communications, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that material in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our publications. You retain ownership of your submissions and may revoke this license for unused submissions by writing to us.

Giveaways and raffles are subject to the rules posted alongside each promotion. Entry requirements, prize quantities, eligibility (including any age and geographic restrictions), and selection methods are governed by those rules. Where applicable, void where prohibited. Imaginarii reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate the posted rules.

The Site may link to third-party websites (Amazon KDP, Mixam, Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp, and others). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. External links do not constitute endorsement.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imaginarii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imaginarii, its imprints, and its personnel from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of California.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting your rights, we will attempt to notify subscribers and account holders by email before the change takes effect.
